Shipping and Returns Policy

We will process your order as quickly as possible and aim to ship the goods within 3-5 business days.*

As our products are mainly handmade to order, larger orders and those taken during peak times may take slightly longer to process. We will always endeavour to keep you informed and aim to ship within 5-10 business days.*

 

Prices and Shipping Methods:

  • Order values of £50 and over qualify for FREE delivery within mainland UK.
  • Order values of £49.99 and below will be subject to a standard £3.95 postage & packing charge.
  • Your order will be delivered by courier within 2-3 working days from despatch notice.*

 

Payment Information:

We accept most payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, and Visa.

 

Handling Time

We aim to complete all orders as quickly as possible and to the highest standard. As our products are mainly handmade to order, larger or custom orders may take slightly longer to process. We aim to have orders shipped within 2-5 business days, and for larger or custom orders, within 5-10 business days.*

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently only delivery within the UK.

We may offer international shipping in future.

 

Corporate Orders

We aim to process corporate orders within 7-14 business days. Should a longer processing time be necessary, the client will be duly informed once the order has been received and reviewed. Shipping rates may vary depending on the size and destination of the order.

 

Refunds and Returns:

  • Should you wish to return a product, please email [email protected] within 14 days of receipt and one of the team will be happy to assist you.
  • Goods must be received by us within 28 days of the customer receiving the order.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • Items returned used or damaged by the customer (for example washed on the wrong settings) will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Custom made or personalised items are exempt from the usual terms set out within this policy.
  • Any returns/refunds requested outside of the above timeframes and conditions may not be eligible.
  • All accepted returns will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of goods.

 

By placing an order with us, the customer is agreeing to cover the cost of return postage to our warehouse should a refund/return be requested. Returned goods must be received within the conditions and parameters set out above. In some cases, Tica Lily may cover the cost of the return postage, which will be at our own discretion.

 

Additional Information

Tica Lily is not responsible for any delays caused by suppliers and third parties, or delays caused by the courier once your order has been processed. If we are aware of any delays we will do our best to make contact and keep you updated throughout.

Processing time is from when your order is placed to when we ship it. Shipping time is the time it takes to reach you once it had left with the courier. After payments are authorised, we will begin processing your order.

Orders placed after 12pm GMT on Thursdays, or Friday-Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed during this time may take longer to process.

*Business/working days are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends, bank holidays and the Christmas shutdown.
